Teaching of physics and everyday life: the perception of the undergraduate physics student of Federal University of Sergipe

This study searches for showing the physics valve on people everyday before the view of the student of the Instrumentação para o Ensino da Física II (IEF/UFS). This way, by pointing out if the future teacher has consciuousness about how physics will be able to help in the formation of citizen and what difficult ties that he will be able toface up in the classroom. He has as theoretical support an approach of studies made on education and society allied to theme that are related to necessary pedagogical aspects for the development of tasks in the classroom, which reflect people necessities on their everyday, for this study developmentwas utilized a metothod whith descriptive and fielding characteristics, by being all data collected “in loco”, through some questionaries answered by the students of the Group T0 of the IEF/UFS in the 2006/1 period. Finally, it was verified a distortion on the effective valve of Physics to citizen, by being also pointed out some possible reasons that bring about this situation.Downloads
