Contributions for higher education in Administration in the brazilian context under the perspective of instrumental and communicative rationality

The objective is to analyzed the contributions of philosophy, from the perspective of the theory of communicative action Habermas, training administrator, thus establishing a theoretical essay on the possible relationship between administration, via philosophical and instrumental rationality, and communicative rationality. This is a qualitative research, bibliographic and analytical-interpretative character featuring exposed to two distinct, instrumental and communicative rationality directions, but both essential to the formation of the administrator and their social reproduction process. This in communicative action and rationality the role of philosophy wins in this work, a privileged space for reflection, for being able to produce productive approaches announcing reasoned action possible, which helps to understand and even offer new perspectives shaping the future administrator.
