This work evaluated the conditions of acoustic and luminous comfort in an ice cream industry from the state of Bahia. The study considered the analysis of environmental variables in the production process, with in situ observations and use of measurement instruments. It was verified that the use of personal protective equipment and some adjustments in the lighting industry will enable a work environment more conducive to the fulfillment of the tasks. The suggestions if properly observed could ensure the safety and health of the workers to maximize the effects on quality of services performed by them.Downloads
