The study examines five companies in the clothing of Toritama/PE in order to highlight the most significant aspects of work organization. The choice of the city due to the large number of small firms within the same sector of activity, forming thus a pole of clothing that represents 14% of national production of jeans. This paper aims to contribute to the identification of the current model of work organization based on the following aspects: how to organize work, multi-skilling of employees, and dividing the job.Downloads
