Coastal landscape and anthropogenical derivations in dune systems
Keywords:
environment, landscape, dune systems.Abstract
Coastal dunes present specific dynamics regulated by structuring and conditioning factors to its formation, as the last ones are contributing elements to the dunes vulnerability process which associate either with anthropic character factors or with others related to the local operating coastal dynamics. The present study had as its goal the analysis of the coastal landscape and the anthropogenical derivations in dune systems. The used methodology was based on diverse stages like the choice of two sub-areas according to Schâffer’s methodology being adapted by Melo and Souza (2007), grain sized analysis, climatic data-collecting, collect and identification of species, characterization of landscape units. Among the parameters used in the research are distinguished: species variety, hotspots (high biological diversity and under high anthropic pressure area), degree of species conservation and their establishing power. The interaction between man and environment, as of the natural environment modifying and transforming in accordance with its necessities, causes perceivable degradations throughout all the dune area analyzed.Downloads
