The teacher is fundamental in education, by that, as more motivated, better will be his performance on behalf of the student’s apprenticeship. The professor motivation can part of extrinsic factors, as paycheck and professional knowledge, or of intrinsic factors, as personal realization. However, what can be seen presently is a constantly devaluation oh this career, and following, of this occupational. This research thou, object disclose the factors that motivate the science professors and/or biology to persist as professionals from education, even before of many adversities.
