Trangenics, bioethics and criminal law: necessary relations

Abstract

The article analyzes the current debate to the relations between bioética and criminal law, especially in what it refers to to the OGMs (trangenics). The article has three parts:  In the first one, the most current discussions about the transgenics products are analyzed. In second, the challenges of the criminal law are verified. In third, the relations between the biotechnology, the transgenics and the criminal law are studied. In the end, the conclusive considerations on the subject are displayed.
