Filmes Finos de LiMn2O4 via Processo Sol-Gel Protéico
Abstract
Os filmes finos de LiMn2O4 fo ram o btid os através do processo so l-gel protéico q ue usa a água d e coco como solvente de sais. A difratometria de raios-x (DRX) mostra uma fase spinel que corresponde ao JCPDS #35-0782 pertencente ao grupo espacial Fd-3m(277). O microscópio de força atômica (MFA) mostra a morfologia da superfície do filme fino de LiMn2O4. As anális es termograv imétrica (ATG), diferencial de temp eratura (ADT) e derivada termogravimétrica (ADTG) mos traram a temp eratura ideal para a produção do filme fino de LiMn2O4. E a medida eletroquímica de cronopotenciometria mostrou uma descarga d e 23 µAh/cm2.µm e uma eficiência média em torno de 95%.Downloads
