Abstract

- Who are you? - The answers to this so current question, are the elements that form the basic core of what can be conceptualized from the terminology of "Identity." From a social constructivist perspective, it is possible to highlight the role of spaces of socialization in shaping and sizing of answers to questions of identity. In this scenario, the school plays a key role in the production of discourses and representations, which individuals identify themselves to. In our study, the responses of EJA students at the Olavo Bilac school to our initial inquiry were very diverse, even by referring to very subjective and personal elements. Yet, it is important to highlight the prevalence of references to school/education, in self-conceptualization by the interviewees.

Guilherme Fernandes Melo dos Santos, Universidade Federal de Sergipe

Graduado em Psicologia pela Universidade Federal de Sergipe/UFS, atualmente é Psicólogo Concursado dessa IFES, lotado no Núcleo de Orientação e Assistência Psicossocial-PROEST, onde desenvolve atividades de acompanhamento aos estudantes assistidos pelos programas institucionais da universidade. Pós-graduado em Escola e Comunidade e Mestrando em Psicologia Social pela mesma instituição. No momento vem concentrando seus esforços no estudo das dinâmicas político-identitárias de estudantes e as suas ressonâncias em nível de comportamentos interpessoais e intergrupais. Além disso se dedica também aos estudos sobre as relações afetivas no contemporâneo, mais especificamente sobre a política dos discursos sobre o amor na atualidade. Conta com a experiência de Bolsista/Pesquisador do Grupo de Pesquisa: Normas Sociais, Estereótipos, Preconceito e Racismo/UFS, sob a orientação do Prof. Dr. Marcus Eugênio Oliveira Lima, além de Estagiário no projeto RECRIART/MP-SE/UFS com trabalhos de acompanhamento e desenvolvimento de crianças em situação de vulnerabilidade social. Tem experiência na área de Psicologia, com ênfase em processos e relações grupais.
