Determination of heavy metals in water by capillary zone electrophoresis: methodological proposal for teaching chemistry.
Keywords:
Methodological proposal, reservoir, capillary electrophoresis.Abstract
In this work the main problems discussed by chemists to analyze water samples were shown. Considering this aspect, an alternative proposal was developed to help students improve it undergraduate education at the Universidade Federal de Sergipe, Campus Profo. Alberto Carvalho. The content covered included the concepts and phenomena related to use of the analytical technique called capillary zone electrophoresis. Theoretical aspects were implemented through experimental classes whose focus approached analysis of water from dam located in Ribeirópolis and Itabaiana SE. The main analytical aspects and concepts involved were discussed.Downloads
