Acceptance Analysis of School Nutrition school students municipal urban Itabaiana-SE

School feeding also known as National School Feeding Programme (PNAE), aims to meet at least 20% of the daily nutritional needs of the students during their stay in the classroom. The present study aimed to assess the uptake of school meals offered to students of a municipal school. We designed a cross-sectional study with a sample of 990 students from first to fifth year of elementary school, corresponding to 8 schools in the urban network. A questionnaire with structured facial hedonic scale, five points to evaluate the acceptability of ten different meals. Data were analyzed by statistical tests ANOVA and Tukey. Sample of 990 students, 387 were male and 603 female. In the analysis of the questionnaires showed a mean acceptance above the value of the scale for three meals offered. Note that the preparation was greater acceptance bowl cake and juice, with an average of 4.39. Preparations PNAE offered by students of a municipal school had an acceptance compatible with a standard adequate sensory.Downloads
