This study analyzes the pedagogic practice from teacher of the basic education building from theidentities of gender in yours followers on net municipal schools of Aracaju. The search qualitative isrealized using the multi cases study (BAGDAN apud TRIVINOS, 1990). It Has been privileged forcollection of data: observation participant & interviews semi - structure. The research was made with fourschoolteachers. Initially will be realized three shifts of observation of four hours each, totaling twelvehours of observation participant in classroom for each instructing. The study was made in the EMEFJoseph Conrado de Araújo school. This school maid in 1968, located into the São Conrado District. Theunity has 1207 children, being 425 distributed in 14 groups from morning.Downloads
