Abstract

This article elapses of the study carried through on the franciscano set of the city of São Cristóvão. It isintended to demonstrate the main stages in the process of creation of a paradidatic book on the historicaland aesthetic aspects of the Baroque artistic style that if proliferated in colonial Brazil and had fortsresonances in the sergipana culture.
