Vocational education and social inclusion in the municipal school learning industry (EMAI)

The present paper aims to analyze the effective action of the Municipal School of Industrial Education (EMAI) as promoter social inclusion. The research is conducted from the perspective of managers and Pedagogical Project (PP). To this end was carried out a documentary research in the PP of the institution and a semi-structured interview with the representatives of the school. Through document analysis and interviews it was found that the EMAI is not officially an inclusive institution. However, throughout his trajectory and through his actions it's characterizes itself as an institution that promotes social inclusion of their students.Downloads
