Using personality in user modelling and Recommender Systems application : survey 2011

This survey describes the state of the art in Recommender Systems that use personality as a strategy to enhance the customization of interfaces, information, products and services primarily in the scenarios of e-commerce world. The article focuses on the research from 2011, because before that date the research is very punctual yet. It also describes how researchers have been treating the extraction of nonintrusive personality features seeking solutions that improve the user interaction in these systems.
